L.E.K. Employee Terms and Conditions

The L.E.K. store is open to L.E.K. staff, family, and friends. Items must be purchased using a credit card or a single-use discount code provided by L.E.K. 

As part of our brand launch, each employee will be granted a single-use code in the amount of $100 (U.S. dollars) to purchase merchandise on the L.E.K. Swag Store. Please be aware of the following specific terms and conditions related to orders placed using an L.E.K. discount code:

  1. Customer must use L.E.K. email at checkout. Orders placed without a L.E.K. email are subject to cancellation.
  2. Please also enter your L.E.K. office address into the shipping address – items will be shipped to your office for pick up and this will ensure that your items get to you quickly.
  3. The code is not transferable to another person
  4. The code is not a debit card or a gift card, it is a single-use code. The entire value of the code must be used on a single order. If you order one item worth $50 and complete your order, you will not be able to shop again at a later time and use the other $50. Please review the available items and make your choices carefully at time of purchase as each person will only be able to enter one order using the code.
  5. If the total of your order is less than $100, remaining amounts cannot be refunded. The remainder of your $100 credit will be forfeited.
  6. The single-use code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. There are no refunds or exchanges on purchased merchandise.
  8. If your order is over $100, you must enter a personal credit card to pay any balance due. Employees are always free to purchase additional merchandise using their credit card.
  9. Orders will be shipped to your office and can be picked up at the office.
  10. Discount codes will expire 120 days after date of issue.
